Prize Peony

For my card today I was having a Play with Stampin' Ups Peony Dies for another Spot challenge.I really love this new suite . There are 5 different dies in the set that all slot into each other to produce this beautiful Peony flower

The card base was made using Crumb Cake cardstock cut from half from A4 card then creased down the middle and folded to measure 5.8" X 4 ¼ I then cut another strip from black card to measure 5.8" x 1.8" and then mounted a piece from the Ornate Garden DSP measuring 5.8 x 1 ¾. I cut the first 4 sections for the flower from the peony dies in flirty flamingo card then highlighted the edges of the flower using the flirty flamingo stampin blends, then cut the stamen out in black card. I stamped 2 small leaves and 2 large leaves from the Prize Peony stamp set using both ink and cardstock in pear pizzazz then assembled them around the flower. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Here's A Card stamp set in flirty flamingo then mounted it onto a piece of black cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies. To finish the card I added a few Faceted Gems. I hope you liked my card, thanks for visiting

Embrace Each Moment

Hello !

Today I have another card for The Spot Challenge 115.
For this challenge we were asked to make a clean and simple Wedding themed card

The Image I used is from the Embrace Each Moment stamp set. This was stamped in Gray Granite ink onto Whisper White Card then the image was cut out using the Be Mine Stitched Frames, then cut a further heart in Silver Foil to enhance the heart. I also cut another heart in Velum.
I cut another layer in Whisper White using the one of the Ornate Layers Frames then stamped the speckled image from Beauty Abounds stamp set at the lower right side, attached the Velum heart using tiny spots of Tombow glue, then mounted the image on top.
The Sentiment was stamped from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Gray Granite, I attached Gray Granite Shimmer ribbon down the left side of the Whisper White card then mounted this onto a Gray Granite card base. The card was finished off with Clear Epoxy Droplets

Ornate Style

Another card, for this week is a Sketch challenge for The Spot Creative Challenge Blog ๐Ÿ˜Š.

For the card base I used Old Olive card stock, I then cut 2 lengths of ornate garden DSP then mounted them onto Early Espresso Card stock. I stamped then coloured the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set then die cut the image using Painted Labels dies. I cut the swirly shaped die and the small doily using Early Espresso card stock then attached them to the card then cut another doily in Whisper white and stamped the hello sentiment from the Good Morning Magnoila stamp set and attached it on top of the lower doily die cut. I cut the butterfly in BumbleBee cardstock using Butterfly Beauty Dies then placed Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to finish off the card.

Blossoms In Bloom

Hello Everyone,

Today I'm posting to tell you about my entry for The Spot Creative Challenge Blog. For this card I used one of the new stamp bundles from Stampin' Up called Blossoms In Bloom. I stamped the main image in Pumpkin Pie, then I used the Many Layered Blossoms Dies to cut the various colours of cardstock in Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Pumpkin Pie, some Black cardstock for the centres of all the flowers, then finally Mango Melody to complete the layers and mounted it onto Whisper white Card then  onto a layer of Melon Mambow Cardstock and finally onto a whisper White card base. I finish the card off with sentiment stamped in Melon Mambow ink then added a few gems for some added bling.
